Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1033 Lara E. Montecalvo, of Rhode Island, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #986 Salvador Mendoza, Jr., of Washington, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1043 Arianna J. Freeman, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit and vote on the motion to invoke cloture.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #986 Salvador Mendoza, Jr., of Washington, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
