Senate stands adjourned
until 10:00am on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1043, Arianna J. Freeman, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Freeman nomination followed by a cloture vote on Executive Calendar #1033, Lara E. Montecalvo, of Rhode Island, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit. The Senate will recess following the cloture vote until 2:15pm.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #1043 Arianna J. Freeman, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.
2. Executive Calendar #1033 Lara E. Montecalvo, of Rhode Island, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit
3. Executive Calendar #1032 Sarah A. L. Merriam, of Connecticut, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit
