The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1033 Lara E. Montecalvo, of Rhode Island, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Montecalvo nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1032 Sarah A. L. Merriam, of Connecticut, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.

An additional roll call vote is possible during Wednesday’s session of confirmation of the Pekoske nomination (Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration). Another message will be sent if that vote is scheduled.
