Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1032, Sarah A. L. Merriam, of Connecticut, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Merriam nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1096, David P. Pekoske, to be Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Pekoske nomination.
