The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Calendar #2 Treaty document 117-1, amendment to Montreal Protocol ("Kigali Amendment") post-cloture.

Senators should expect roll call votes in relation to the resolution of ratification Wednesday afternoon. Additional roll call votes (in relation to items listed below) are also expected.

Cloture has been filed on the following:

1.      Calendar #484, S.4822, to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for additional disclosure requirements for corporations, labor organizations, Super PACs and other entities, and for other purposes. (DISCLOSE Act)

2.      Executive Calendar #1055 Amanda Bennett, of the District of Columbia, to be Chief Executive Officer of the United States Agency for Global Media.

3.      Executive Calendar #1097 Arati Prabhakar, of California, to be Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy.
