Schedule for pro forma sessions, October 11, and November 14, 2022
The
Senate stands adjourned
for pro forma sessions only with no business conducted on the following dates
and times:
Friday, September 30th at 8:55 a.m.;
Tuesday, October 4th at 10:00 a.m.; and
Friday, October 7th at 10:00 a.m.
When the Senate adjourns on Friday, October 7th, it will next convene at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 11th.
Upon the conclusion of Morning Business, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #467, H.R.7900, National Defense Authorization Act. Following the remarks of Senator Reed or his designee, the Senate will stand adjourned to then convene for pro forma sessions only, with no business being conducted on the following dates and times:
Friday, October 14th at 11:30 a.m.;
Tuesday, October 18th at 11:30 a.m.;
Thursday, October 20th, at 9:00 a.m.;
Monday, October 24th at 1:45 p.m.;
Thursday, October 27th at12:00 noon;
Monday, October 31st at 10:00 a.m.;
Thursday, November 3rd at 10:30 a.m.;
Monday, November 7th at 10:30 a.m.; and
Thursday, November 10th at 12:00 noon.
When the Senate adjourns on Thursday, November 10th, it will next convene at 3:00pm Monday, November 14th.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1130 Maria del R. Antongiorgi-Jordan, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Antongiorgi-Jordan nomination.
Monday, November 14th at approx. 5:30pm – roll call vote:
1. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1130 Maria del R. Antongiorgi-Jordan, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.
