Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1148 Jerry W. Blackwell, of Minnesota, to be United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the Blackwell nomination (MN District Judge) and the Pryor nomination (Seventh Circuit Judge).
Additional roll call votes are expected during Thursday’s session.
