The Senate stands adjourned until 11:00am on Thursday, December 8, 2022.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1238, Jeffery Paul Hopkins, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio, post-cloture.

 

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Hopkins nomination and cloture on the Montgomery-Reeves nomination.

 

At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Douglas nomination.
