Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #1301, Martin J. Gruenberg, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Senators should expect a 5:30pm roll call vote on either the Gruenberg nomination or in relation to the Omnibus.
