The Senate
stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #16 Jamar K. Walker, of Virginia, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Walker nomination and cloture on the Whitehead nomination (WA District Judge).
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Whitehead nomination and cloture on the Martinez-Olguin nomination.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 4:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Martinez-Olguin nomination and cloture on the Guzman nomination.
