The Senate

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #13 Margaret R. Guzman, of Massachusetts, to be United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Guzman nomination and cloture on the Lawless nomination (IL District Judge).
At approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Grey nomination (MI District Judge). Following the cloture vote, the Senate will proceed to Legislative Session and proceed to the immediate consideration of H.J.Res.30, providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to "Prudence and Loyalty in Selecting Plan Investments and Exercising Shareholder Rights".
At approximately 4:00pm, the Senate will vote on passage of the joint resolution and on the motion to invoke cloture on the Simmons nomination (CA District Judge).

5. Executive Calendar #40 Gordon P. Gallagher, of Colorado, to be United States District Judge for the District of Colorado
