Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #62 Brent Neiman, of Illinois, to be a Deputy Under Secretary of the Treasury.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Neiman nomination.
