Schedule for Wednesday, March 22, 2023

The Senate stands adjourned until 11:00am on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #40 Gordon P. Gallagher, of Colorado, to be United States District Judge for the District of Colorado.

 

At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Gallagher nomination.

 

Following the vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

 

At 2:15pm, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #25 S.316, to repeal the authorizations for use of military force against Iraq.

 

Discussions are ongoing with respect to consideration of amendments to S.316. Additional roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session.
