The Senate

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #25 S.316, to repeal the authorizations for use of military force against Iraq, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on passage of S.316, AUMF. Following disposition of the bill, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #28, S.870, to amend the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for the United States Fire Administration and firefighter assistance grant programs.
Additional votes are expected during Wednesday’s session in relation to H.J.Res.27, Waters of the United States CRA, and H.J.Res.7, COVID-19 emergency declaration termination. Senators will be notified when votes are scheduled.
