Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar #3, S.J.Res.4, removing the deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment. At 12:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to the joint resolution. Following that vote, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #22, Anthony Devos Johnstone, of Montana, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, and vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Johnstone nomination.

As a reminder, at 11:00am, His Excellency Yoon Suk Yeol, President of the Republic of Korea, will address a Joint Meeting of Congress in the Hall of the House of Representatives.
All Senators are invited to attend the Joint Meeting and will be seated on the House Floor. Senators should gather in the Senate Chamber at 10:20am and will proceed to the House Chamber at 10:30am.
