Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the en bloc consideration of Calendar #61 S.J.Res.23, Critical Habitat CRA, and Calendar #62 S.J.Res.24, Northern Long-Eared Bat CRA.
At approximately 11:00am, the Senate will proceed to votes on passage of the joint resolutions.
Following disposition of the joint resolutions, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session, resume consideration of Executive Calendar #4 Bradley N. Garcia, of Maryland, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, and immediately recess subject to the Call of the Chair to allow for a special Democratic Caucus meeting.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Garcia nomination.
