Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #41 P. Casey Pitts, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of California.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the Pitts nomination and on Executive Calendar #26 Dale E. Ho, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
If cloture is invoked on the nominations, at approximately 2:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Pitts and Ho nominations.
At approximately 5:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #29 Nusrat Jahan Choudhury, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
