only with no business conducted.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #23 Julie Rikelman, of Massachusetts, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit, post-cloture.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Rikelman nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following:
1. Executive Calendar #30 Natasha C. Merle, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York
2. Treaty Document 112-8 Tax Convention with Chile
