Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #119, S.2226, FY2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on Cornyn-Casey amendment #931 (outbound investment) and Rounds amendment #813 (farmland), with 2 minutes of debate equally divided prior to each vote and with 60 vote thresholds required for adoption.
At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader, the Senate will vote on Warnock amendment #199 (debt collector harassment) at a 60 vote threshold.
