The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, September 18, 2023.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #198, H.R.4366, the legislative vehicle for MilCon VA, Agriculture, and THUD appropriations. 

At 5:00pm the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #265 Vernon D. Oliver, of Connecticut, to be United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut.  At approximately 5:30pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Oliver nomination.
