Following Leader remarks, the Senate will motion to proceed to Calendar #211, H.R.3935, to amend title 49, United States Code, to reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil aviation programs.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to the bill.
