The Senate stands in recess until 10:00am on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will motion to proceed to Calendar #211, H.R.3935, legislative vehicle for the continuing resolution, post-cloture.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

All time during adjournment, recess, Morning Business, and Leader remarks will count post-cloture on the motion to proceed.

Discussions are ongoing to begin consideration of the bill. Roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session.
