At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the O’Brien nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

2. Executive Calendar #176 Brendan Abell Hurson, of Maryland, to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland
3. Executive Calendar #264 Susan Kim DeClercq, of Michigan, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan
