Schedule for Pro Forma Sessions and Monday October 16, 2023

The Senate stands adjourned under the provisions of S.Res.400 as a further mark of respect to the late Senator Dianne Feinstein.

The Senate will next convene for pro forma sessions with no business conducted on the following dates and times:

            Friday October 6 at 9:45am

            Tuesday October 10 at 12:00pm

            Friday October 13 at 9:15am

When the Senate adjourns on Friday October 13, it will stand adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday October 16, 2023.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #309, Jennifer L. Hall, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the District of Delaware.

At 5:30pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Hall nomination.

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1. Executive Calendar #309, Jennifer L. Hall, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the District of Delaware
2. Executive Calendar #297, Julia Kathleen Munley, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania
3. Executive Calendar #53, Karla Ann Gilbride, of Maryland, to be General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for a term of four years
