At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Majority Leader, no later than October 26th, 2023, it will be in order for Senator Marshall or his designee to move to proceed to the consideration of Cal. #229, S.J.Res.42. If the motion is agreed to, there will be 10 hours of debate equally divided between the proponents and opponents of the Joint Resolution. Upon the use or yielding back of that time, the Joint resolution will be read a third time, and the Senate will vote on passage of the Joint Resolution. All other provisions under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, remain in effect except the 60 session day clock.
