The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #198, H.R.4366, Minibus Appropriations. During Tuesday’s session the Senate reached an agreement (full text in wrap up) for the consideration of Calendar #198, H.R.4366, Minibus Appropriations. 

At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #116, Jessica Looman, of Minnesota, to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor.  All post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will then vote on confirmation of the nomination.

Wednesday October 25th, at 11:30am – at least 1 roll call vote expected:

1.      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #116 - Jessica Looman, of Minnesota, to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor

Additional roll call votes with respect to H.R. 4366, Minibus Appropriations are expected during Wednesday’s session.
