The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #372 Monica M. Bertagnolli, of Massachusetts, to be Director of the National Institutes of Health, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:45am, the post-cloture time will be deemed expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.  Upon disposition of the Bertagnolli nomination the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #28 Kenly Kiya Kato, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California.

The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.

If cloture is invoked on the Kato nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired at 2:15pm and the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination, followed by a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #36 Julia E. Kobick, of Massachusetts, to be United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts.

If cloture is invoked on the Kobick nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired at 5:30pm, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination, followed by the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #38 Ramon Ernesto Reyes, Jr., of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

6.      Executive Calendar #310 Brandy R. McMillion, of Michigan, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan

7.      Executive Calendar #126 Monica Ramirez Almadani, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California

8.      Executive Calendar #222 Ana de Alba, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit
