Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #126 Monica Ramirez Almadani, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Almadani nomination, followed by confirmation of the McMillion nomination.
At 1:45pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the de Alba nomination.
