Schedule for Pro Forma Sessions and Monday, November 27th, 2023
The Senate stands adjourned and will convene for pro forma sessions only with no business conducted on the following dates and times:
Friday November 17, 2023 at 7:30am
Tuesday November 21, 2023 at 10:00am
Friday November 24, 2023 at 11:00am
When the Senate adjourns on Friday, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, November 27th, 2023.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #354 - Jeffrey M. Bryan, of Minnesota, to be United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota.
At approximately 5:30pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Bryan nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #354 - Jeffrey M. Bryan, of Minnesota, to be United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota
2. Executive Calendar #308 - Margaret M. Garnett, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York
3. Executive Calendar #117 - Jose Javier Rodriguez, of Florida, to be an Assistant Secretary of Labor
