The Senate stands adjourned until 10:30am, Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #410 Harry Coker, Jr., of Kansas, to be National Cyber Director. At approx. 11:45am the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Coker nomination.
The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.
If cloture is invoked on the Coker nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired at approx. 2:15pm and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination. Following the vote there will be up to 15 minute for debate. During this time there could be procedural votes with respect to the NDAA conference report. The Senate is then expected to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the conference report to accompany H.R.2670, the National Defense Authorization Act.

2. Executive Calendar #305 - Brandon S. Long, of Louisiana, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana
