Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #376, John A. Kazen, of Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas, post-cloture.
At approx. 11:45am the post-cloture time will be deemed expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Kazen nomination. Upon disposition of the Kazen nomination, the Senate will recess from 12:30-2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.
