The Senate stands adjourned until 11:00am on Thursday, February 1, 2024.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #477 Lisa W. Wang, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.

At approximately 11:30am the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Wang nomination, followed by the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #476 Joseph Albert Laroski, Jr., of Maryland, to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.

If cloture is invoked on the Wang nomination, the post-cloture time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation at approx. 1:45pm.  If cloture is invoked on the Laroski nomination, confirmation will occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader.
