The Senate
stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #468 Jacqueline Becerra, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:00am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Becerra nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #470 David Seymour Leibowitz, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Leibowitz nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #455 Hampton Y. Dellinger, of North Carolina, to be Special Counsel, Office of Special Counsel, for the term of five years.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 5:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Dellinger nomination.

6. Executive Calendar #514 Marjorie Rollinson, of Virginia, to be Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service and an Assistant General Counsel in the Department of the Treasury
