Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #318, Dennis B. Hankins, of Minnesota, to be Ambassador to the Republic of Haiti.
At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Hankins nomination.
Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #461 Nicole G. Berner, of Maryland, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Berner nomination.
