Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #533 Ernest Gonzalez, of Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas.
At approx. 12:00pm the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Gonzalez nomination.
Conversations continue on a path forward on appropriations. Additional roll call votes are expected during Friday’s session.
