The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

On Wednesday, following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Cal. #211, H.R.3935, an act to amend title 49, United States Code, to reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil aviation programs.

The Senate will recess from 1:00pm until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.

During Tuesday’s session, Senator Schumer filled the tree and filed cloture on H.R. 3935 and the Cantwell substitute amendment #1911 as modified.  The filing deadline for first degree amendments to H.R. 3935 and the substitute is 1:00pm tomorrow.  The filing deadline for second degree amendments is 1 hour prior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked.

Roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session. Senators will be notified when votes are scheduled.
