Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #510, Katherine E. Oler, of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the term of fifteen years.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Oler nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #510, Katherine E. Oler, of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the term of fifteen years
2. Executive Calendar # Mustafa Taher Kasubhai, of Oregon, to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon
