The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday,

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #510, Katherine E. Oler, of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the term of fifteen years, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Oler nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #464 Mustafa Taher Kasubhai, of Oregon, to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon.
Following the cloture vote, the Senate is expected to recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate is expected to vote on confirmation of the Kasubhai nomination.
During Tuesday’s session, the Senate is expected to execute the agreement with respect to S.870, Fire Grants, with a roll call vote on the motion to concur in the House amendments to the bill. Messages will be sent as votes are set.
During Monday’s session, Senator Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #597 Nancy L. Maldonado, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit. This cloture vote is expected on Thursday.
