The Senate stands adjourned to convene for pro forma
sessions only with no business conducted on the following dates and times:
Friday, June 21st at 6:30am
Tuesday, June 25th at 11:30am
Friday, June 28th at 12:00 noon
Tuesday, July 2nd at 12:00 noon
Friday, July 5th at 9:00am
When the Senate stands adjourned on Friday, July 5th, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, July 8, 2024.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #597 Nancy L. Maldonado, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, post-cloture.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Maldonado nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #380 Patricia L. Lee, of South Carolina, to be a Member of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board
2. Executive Calendar #536 Robin Michelle Meriweather, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims
3. Executive Calendar #512 Charles J. Willoughby, Jr., of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the D.C. Superior Court
