Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #789, April M. Perry, of Illinois, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Perry nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #788 Jonathan E. Hawley, of Illinois, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of Illinois
2. Executive Calendar #620 David Huitema, of Maryland, to be Director of the Office of Government Ethics for a term of five years4
3. Executive Calendar #714 Cathy Fung, of California, to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court for a term of fifteen years
