The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #783 Lauren McGarity McFerran, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring December 16, 2029.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #846 Keli Marie Neary, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Following the vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
Additional roll call votes are expected during Tuesday’s session.
As a reminder, at times to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #711 Cynthia Valenzuela Dixon, of California, to be District Judge for the Central District of California
2. Executive Calendar #782 Noel Wise, of California, to be District Judge for the Northern District of California
During Monday’s session, Senator Schumer filed cloture on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #783 Lauren McGarity McFerran, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring December 16, 2029.
2. Executive Calendar #784 Joshua L. Ditelberg, of Illinois, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring December 16, 2027.
