Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #835 Matthew James Marzano, of Illinois, to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the term of five years expiring June 30, 2028.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Marzano nomination.
If cloture is invoked, Senators should expect a roll call vote on confirmation the nomination early afternoon on Thursday.
