The Senate stands adjourned until 11:00am on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Cal. #4, S.6, Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

During Monday’s session, Senator Thune filed cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #4, S.6, Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. Under the rule, unless an agreement is reached, the Senate will vote on this cloture motion one hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday.

Roll call votes are possible during Tuesday’s session.
