Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #18 Tulsi Gabbard, of Hawaii, to be Director of National Intelligence, post-cloture.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

Senator Thune has filed cloture on the following nominations:

1.      Executive Calendar #17 Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., of California, to be Secretary of Health and Human Services

2.      Executive Calendar #19 Howard Lutnick, of New York, to be Secretary of Commerce

3.      Executive Calendar #16 Brooke Rollins, of Texas, to be Secretary of Agriculture

4.      Executive Calendar #20 Kelly Loeffler, of Georgia, to be Administrator of the Small Business Administration

Absent an agreement and if all time is used, at approximately 12:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Gabbard nomination and on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #17 Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., of California, to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.
