The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of S.J.Res.10, terminating the national emergency declared with respect to energy.
At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #22 Jamieson Greer, of Maryland, to be United States Trade Representative.
Later Wednesday afternoon, the Senate will vote on passage of S.J.Res.10. Following disposition of S.J.Res.10, Senators should expect a roll call vote on a motion to proceed to S.J.Res.12, Emissions CRA, or H.J.Res.35 the House companion to S.J.Res.12. Another message will be sent when more information on timing is available.
During Tuesday’s session, Senator Thune filed cloture on Executive Calendar #24 Linda McMahon, of Connecticut, to be Secretary of Education. The cloture vote is expected to occur during Thursday's session.
