The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, March 3, 2025.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #24 Linda McMahon, of Connecticut, to be Secretary of Education, post-cloture.

 

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the McMahon nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #2 S.9, Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act.

 

Monday, March 3rd at approx. 5:30pm – 2 roll call votes expected:

1.      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #24 Linda McMahon, of Connecticut, to be Secretary of Education

2.      Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #2 S.9, Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act.
