The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.

At approximately 11:45am, the Senate is expected to vote on a King or designee motion to proceed to Cal. #203 S.J.Res.82, disapproving the rule submitted by the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services relating to "Policy on Adhering to the Text of the Administrative Procedure Act".

Following disposition of the motion to proceed, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Exec. Cal. #4, S.Res.532, authorizing the en bloc consideration in Executive Session of (97) certain nominations on the Executive Calendar.

During Tuesday’s session, cloture was filed on the following:

1. Motion to proceed to Cal. #285 S.3386, to provide a health savings account contribution to certain enrollees, to reduce health care costs, and for other purposes (Crapo/Cassidy)
2. Motion to proceed Cal. #284 S.3385, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the enhancement of the health care premium tax credit (Schumer)

Wednesday, December 10^th at approx. 11:45am – 2 roll call votes:

1. King motion to proceed to Cal. #203 S.J.Res.82, disapproving the rule submitted by the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services relating to "Policy on Adhering to the Text of the Administrative Procedure Act".
