Today, I will sit down with the President-elect’s nominee for Secretary of State: our longtime colleague, Senator Marco Rubio.

I’ve known Senator Rubio for many years and have worked with him on numerous issues, so I expect we will have a good and productive conversation. I look forward to giving him the same fair chance to make his case that all nominees, regardless of party, deserve.
