Today, the Senate will continue the business of confirming more judicial nominees. We will vote this afternoon to confirm Jeffrey Cummings of Illinois to serve as District Court Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
Judge Cummings was reported out of committee with a bipartisan vote, and he’d be the 104th district court judge that we confirm under President Biden.
