Schumer Statement On Pennsylvania & Maine Proposed Health Care Rate Increases
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer today released the following statement regarding the proposed health care rate increases in Pennsylvania and Maine:
“Pennsylvania and Maine are just the latest in a growing list of states to see higher health care rates, thanks to the Trump administration and Congressional Republicans sabotaging our health care system. We Democrats believe that we should spend the additional weeks we’ll be working in August focused like a laser on legislation to lower health care costs for families in Pennsylvania, Maine, and across the country.”
